Ingredients
urud dal-i cup
Idli rava-3 cups
methi/fenugreek seeds- 1 tsp
Method
Soak Urud dal and methi for 5 hours.
30 mins before grinding the urud dal, soak idli rava in about 4 1/2 cups of water.
grind dal till a frothy consistency, then add soaked rava,grind 3-4 mins, add salt, ferment it overnight.
